  Stephen came to our house to have a look at my son’s scooter. He knew straight away what the issue was and had the required batteries already in the van and replaced them there and then. He was efficient and very friendly. Would highly recommend them.

  Wonderful experience buying my first scooter here today. Kirsty was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Being only 29 I often get judged going to places like this but she was nothing but respectful and professional. Amazing customer service, products and prices. Thankyou😊

  Natalie took excellent care of my nan helping her to find the right chair for her needs. She came out to her flat and helped her practice how to use it and where to go for the best route into town. She made sure we understood how to use the wheelchair, how to remove the batteries etc. She was very kind, patient and thorough. Excellent service.

  We had a lovely afternoon going over all of Sommers needs today,Jamie and his team went above and beyond making sure she was heard and her needs were met I couldn’t recommend them more the whole team are a lovely bunch of people who see the users as people still, we’ll definitely be using them again .
