Absolutely amazing service from Natalie and the team helped me pick the right scooter for my needs and budget. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future if/when I need to.

We had fantastic service with Sheffield mobility, I had ordered a spare battery for my mother's scooter, the ordering and paying process was simple on line , I received a pleasant call from Kirsty letting us know that the battery was ready for collection. When I arrived at the shop, I was pleasantly surprised that just the mention on the name on the order was enough for them to remember what was ordered and where it was. It took but a moment to have the battery in hand, I had a lovely brief chat with both ladies and immediately felt comfortable . I am very happy to do business with Sheffield mobility and highly recommend them.

we visited Sheffield mobility twice before placing an order on the third visit. On each visit, there wasn't any pressure to buy a scooter, but advice on the scooter we should consider for the area we lived. When we finally dicide, Sam talked us through the paper work and gave us a delivery date, She also personally did the 🚚. We feel we were helped (we needed it) rather than just sold a scooter. Thank you. Mick T.
