  Big shout out to Safenet Alarms, and especially Lyn, for absolutely fantastic service! After switching broadband provider, my alarm system refused to connect to the internet or the ControlPlus2 app. I contacted a few places for help but got nowhere fast... some refused outright and others were really rude. Then along came Lyn from Safenet Alarms who was a total star. She was friendly, patient and genuinely wanted to help. She emailed me step by step instructions and even followed up the next day with extra details she realised were missing. Thanks to her, I managed to reconnect everything and get the app working again. Bingo! All of this at no cost. Honestly, service like that is rare these days. Huge thanks to Lyn. Would absolutely recommend Safenet Alarms.

  Had a new system fitted by Dave and Ashley, top class service and work from a guy who is clearly passionate about his trade and knows his stuff. Explained all the options in detail with clear pricing and no pressure. Installed the system with no fuss and left no mess. Installed the app for us and talked through everything until we were up to speed. Great price and service and genuinley nice guys ,highly recommend.

  Our alarm faulted and started going off at a ridiculous hour on a Sunday. We contacted Safenet and they helped us to sort the immediate issue over the phone which was an absolute godsend! After that they came out the next day and charged a really reasonable price to sort the long term issue out. Absolutely brilliant and can’t recommend them enough
