  Had a diagnostic check and fault find undertaken. Automatic gearbox had failed after inky owning car for 9 months. Fantastic service received from the team at prime autos, in particular Anthony. Kept me updated throughout, went out of his way to source a new gearbox and fit it as quickly as possible for me at best price. Would highly recommend these guys.

  Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. After a really frustrating experience with another garage who had my car for a week, changed a part, then told me it was an electrical issue and sent me away with no real fix, I came here hoping for a better outcome — and they completely delivered. I went in on Friday afternoon just to ask about booking in for an electrical check, and they diagnosed the issue there and then. They quickly identified the crankshaft sensor, ordered the part, and got me booked in for the very next morning. When I dropped the car off Saturday, they replaced the sensor, but instead of stopping there when the fault code remained, they kept investigating properly. They found the real underlying issue — a worn spark plug contributing to the misfire — fixed it, and had the car ready by 2pm the same day. No guesswork, no cutting corners — just thorough, honest diagnostics and efficient repair. Really impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and how quickly they got everything sorted. I finally have a garage I can trust! Highly recommend!
