  I took my car to them for service, and I deeply regret it. Despite all my efforts, I couldn't get any document confirming that my car received a full service. They won't give you any information about your car, they won't answer your calls, and they won't reply to your messages. They will completely ignore you.

  I had an issue with my car, I had my oil filled and hadn’t put the cap back on. Oil had spilled everywhere my car had been puffing out white smoke. I thought my car had completely broke. I took it to Prime Autos & Repairs and Joe sorted me out, he was very kind, offered to clean my car for me at no charge. He was very welcoming and made my day! I absolutely will come back to them for any car issues and will be happy to pay! Very pleased thankyou

  Had a diagnostic check and fault find undertaken. Automatic gearbox had failed after inky owning car for 9 months. Fantastic service received from the team at prime autos, in particular Anthony. Kept me updated throughout, went out of his way to source a new gearbox and fit it as quickly as possible for me at best price. Would highly recommend these guys.
