  Made an appointment for our air conditioning system to be serviced on the 11th of June which was booked in for the 7th of July. Right in the middle of the heat wave the appointment is cancelled by a generic email due to "current commitments, suppliers, systems, breakdowns and sickness etc." No option to reschedule. Did not even have the decency to call. Now not answering the phone when trying to reschedule. Have rang and left voicemails which have been ignored and all other air con services are booked up for the foreseeable future. Feels like this company prioritises installations and bigger jobs and profit. Best to avoid if you actually want any work doing or any sort of communication.

  Excellent, professional service by Ryan and his team from start to finish. The Ducted Air Conditioning Units installed in the bedroom are exactly as described and work like a dream. The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use this company again, definitely recommend!

  Smooth process. Careful specification of the system. My concern about installation was taken fully on board and alternative approaches considered. The end result was excellent. All members of the team were highly professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The communications were excellent. I highly recommend this firm. Thanks!
