  Unfortunately Asians are treated as second class citizens in this crystal peaks shop. Went in about 3 times to sell items and treated with attitude then on the 4th time told that a bulk discount restriction was to be applied permanently on my account basically taking extra 10% off sale prices basically treated like a criminal as though i was doing something wrong. You can see the distrust on their faces. Make it really difficult to sell honestly to Cex. I know there is a policy of bulk buying but don't abuse it just because you don't like Asian faces.

  Don’t not take items here put my phone for sale saying it had a fault with sim tray and having mustard in it didnt even test it as the sim tray mixture marker white and took items that they buy on website saying they don’t take them in took them other ces and my items pasted and sold if u look in photo the indecator is clearly white not water damaged holly who works there booked my iPhone in saying take 15 mins get tested witch I’ve sold to many cuz in the Country and they always take longer I will not be going here again redicoulus customer service wasting my fuel and time not very good customer service at all terrible management being very lazy not bothering testing items

  Absolutely terrible service bought a Samsung s23 fe about 4 months ago and have a 5 year warranty recently the battery stopped working took the phone in to be repaired and they said warranty is voided due to a missing piece of glass in the camera even though the phone was working perfectly fine and the camera wasn't the cause for the battery not working anyone looking at buying phones please avoid cex

  Would leave 0 star been in twice today once I brought in a grade c watch got told the screen was coming away when I asked where the technician really couldnt tell where so made up a place the watch is absolutely fine on the screen next wint in with some old games and ram sticks the manager I assume was taking a long time to find all the part numbers I was stood for about 15-20 minutes another customer comes forward he drops what hes doing with me to serve another customer dont get me wrong the one in sheffield city centre is good but I will never be going to these again

  I bought a copy of Omega Ruby and it keeps crashing right as I go to select a starter. I know the answers no, but i lost the receipt but my app has the exact address and time of purchase. Is that enough? I dont want a refund, just a working copy
