  I’m just so disappointed I took phone in for some money and they broke my phone of back and I’m not happy with them I havnt got phone now to yours

  The people reviewing this store must be staff or they haven't visited in years. 12 staff standing behind the counter including supervisor only 2 serving an increasing size que, as a result taking 20/25 minutes to purchase one game or dvd when not even busy. We need a regional or area manager to come in and disciplinary measures need to come into play with most of this team. This is the 5th time I've had an experience like this in this branch. Also when I finally did get served I asked the staff member if I could see a retro game behind him. He refused to show me the disc Condition and manual so naturally I refused to make the purchase as I am unaware of condition/playability. This is clearly detrimental to a business selling media/tech/games.

  Bad experience, claimed phone was cracked when was only a slight scratch on the top right part of the screen. Sold elsewhere for triple what they offered. All the staff in the shop seemed rude at the time being passive aggressive to other customers.

  I’ve been coming to this store since I was like 7-8 years old I’m now almost 22 I have had some hiccups with the staff over the years some of the staff that came and went were rather egotistical and rude but for the most part the staff have been beyond friendly and helpful they treat you like a human being rather than just a customer most the games I were looking for weren’t overly expensive either yesterday I brought in a game that another cex refused to even try to fix but when I brought it here the guy assisting me was very kind and put it in some kind of machine my game now works just like new over the course of many years I’ve also purchased many Xbox consoles and tons of games that worked just fine overall I’m very satisfied with my experience here

  Today’s experience is the reason why I avoid going in the shop like the plague. All of them are nonchalant , No Communication skills at all or customer service ! and I’m not sure if he’s a manager but this little dude who works in there today when we were selling a perfect top notch iPad , which nothing was wrong with it at all ! It was absolutely in excellent condition, even his colleagues said so ! And said in front of us to him that they have taken worse! To which he responded no not having it (so must be manager ) His attitude on how he handled it was the problem not them not taking it , he was Rude and like he was better than us. We were polite and respectful but he adamant that they wasn’t taking it and spoke like crap to us , even after making us come back with another form of ID when he knew he was t selling it to use after we had water the hour for testing. what’s with the power trip , is it really needed ? Even if you’re not going to take it, maybe just speak to people as though they’re a human being rather than looking at them and speaking to them like you’ve just scraped them off your shoe. We all work for a living little dude your not owt special. Also if you don’t like your job maybe leave rather than making customers feel like they are offending you bringing you business. Oh And iPad sold for an extra £55 than you offered anyway So thanks for the decline. Maybe listen to your colleague who said it was a good iPad
