We have been coming here with our pets for around 18 years. This practice has been fantastic with us, we have a cat on long term medication, and come fairly regularly as well as for routine checks for our other cat and dog. It is a small practice with a small waiting area that is not segregated. However, I have never had an issue with bringing the cats in their carrier. There is a car park that is free to the rear of the building and another car park 2 minutes walk away on the other side of the library. Most importantly, I feel listened to and heard when I bring my pets in. I care deeply for them and I've always been able to have really good conversations with the Vet - Rebecca, Katie and Bev on the front desk and the Nurses. I leave our appointments confident in our care plans and the treatment given.

Very good, our cat Dior was relaxed and looked after very well when he attended for his annual boosters.

I used to go across town to another Vets, but as my dog got older and needed more treatment I looked locally. Transferring the treatment here the costs actually went down! For a few years I was able to walk to appointments, and my dog enjoyed the visits, and always wanted to visit if we passed nearby. There was a much more family feel than at the previous vets. They helped my Akita cope with old age until at the age of 13 years, when lost a lot of weight and it was clear that his time was up. They dealt with this sensitively, without time pressure and without a big bill. (Significantly less than my experience at a previous vets). We unexpectedly received a personal condolences card a week or so later. When we do get another 4 legged family member, I'll happily return to Abbey Vets Cudworth. I'd be mad to travel further and pay more.

Wouldn't take my 3dogs anywhere else. Rebecca is fantastic . She is professional and knowledgeable with a kind and caring attitude... Rebecca always explains things in layman's terms so I have always left a consultation fully understanding everything she has advised
