  Steven was able to replace the broken part (Motorhead section) on our Dyson V11 and undertake a service all within 30 minutes, ensuring that we had a working hoover the same day. We will be taking our hoovers here for an annual service. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again.

  I had an out of date Dyson. Found me a replacement part Better and a third of the price compared to online. Helpful and friendly. Amazing knowledge. 1000% better than trying to sort it out online.

  Great service, walked in with my DC6 Dyson not working. He fitted a new battery for me, Dyson just needs fully changing and will be up and running again.

  Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted them for help confirming that my vacuum cleaner was faulty so I could provide evidence to my bank for a charge back. They responded very quickly and were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They went out of their way to assist me, and provided the verification I needed without any hassle. The communication was prompt, professional and genuinely customer focused. I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to help me resolve the issue, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair support or advice.

  Took our old hand held dyson here because the suction was non existent. 5 mins after arriving. our Dyson was fixed free of charge. Absolutely fantastic customer service and extremely grateful for the help!
