  I needed spray foam insulation removed from my Victorian Cottage, the guys worked so hard on a very warm day! Completed in one day, despite originally being a 2-day job. Ryan and the team did a great job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Great job and service from start to finish. Ryan assesed the loft explained what was to be done and gave a very reasonable quote. His team Shane & Jake carried out the work to a high standard and were well mannered. I will definately use Smart solutions again.

  Absolutely chuffed with my extension! Couldn’t have asked for a better group of lads , they were friendly , on time everyday , tidy and so brilliant at what they do. We asked and we got. No negatives what so ever, thanks again
