Very reasonable price. Arrived promptly. Job done quickly, and certificate filed within the day. Also got some helpful advice, completely unexpected. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Booking was incredibly easy, and I was given a great choice of dates and times. Shaun replied immediately to my messages and turned up exactly on time. He was highly professional, explained the whole process clearly, and got straight to work. The inspection itself was quick and efficient, and to top it off, the EPC report was uploaded and ready for me to view just a couple of hours later. I couldn't recommend Shaun and EPC Services Bristol highly enough!
