  I was struggling for time to do EPC check on my property to plan renting out. I called EPC Services Bristol. Shaun was kind enough to come on the same day and Carry out EPC check in the afternoon with report published by early next AM. Really happy with the service I received.

  Very impressed contacted EPC Services Bristol and spoke with Shaun who arranged for the EPC to be carried out on my property which was promptly done the following day, along with the the certified EPC report that evening...Great Service Thanks
