  Booked a private handling today and it was the most amazing experience ever. Compared to places me and my partner been before, you can tell that their reptiles are truly loved and looked after! The staff here are so lovely and caring and have lots of information, the animals are all very calm and friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Will definitely be returning, it was so lovely to see all reptiles being treated with so much care and love!

  Took my son here for his birthday party. All I can say is Wow. Every single child and adult loved every second of it. Very professional, clean and very patient with excited children. These guys have such love and passion in their work and 10/10 on the animal welfare. ...YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

  We booked the family experience for our son's 11th birthday as he's crazy about reptiles. He thought the whole thing was fantastic, and the rest of us loved it as well. The animals are well cared for and the team are so knowledgeable. We were given plenty of time to handle a range of species and it was incredible to see these beautiful animals up close and learn more about them.

  Showed a variety of reptiles at my Sons birthday on Sunday which was a hit with all the kids. Staff were excellent throughout and would highly recommend.
