I went in Saturday almost closing by time and the manager was great explaining what I needed to bring to upgrade phone etc I returned two days later and he remembered me and pointed me in the direction of Susan. He even remembered the phone I was interested in. Susan was amazing nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond transferring data for me and making sure I was 100% ok before I left the store. Thank you Susan you are a credit to the company and with the guidance of a manager that you have I’m not surprised. Thanks again

I have autism and struggle with phone calls and he was happy help when we had to call the technical team. He spoke on my behalf and patiently sat with me for the hour we were trying to sort the issue out. I have never declared my autism to shop staff before so for this to be my first time, and for him to respond the way he did - genuinely without any hesitation to support me - it has left me feeling far more confident for future shopping experiences. I honestly can't thank him enough for all his help today. The issue was also sorted too, so thank you so much.

I explained I wanted to upgrade she went into the back room never even asked me to take a seat. Thankfully a young man working there did. Then she came out with the phone. Got me to sign . Never explained anything about the phone. What it’s qualities where. Handed it to me . No bag to carry it in. She never smiled throughout the whole meaningless time there . I still do not really know what the phone does
