  I highly recommend Barbara! She is a very kind, empathetic individual who provides a warm, supportive, and professional environment. Throughout our sessions, I felt comfortable, listened to and respected. Her insight, guidance, and compassionate approach helped me gain a better understanding of myself and develop positive ways to move forward. The support I received has had a genuinely positive impact on my wellbeing, and I am very grateful for all her help. I would not hesitate to recommend Barbara to anyone seeking counselling.

  I have had excellent counselling with Barbara and cannot thank and praise her highly enough. I would recommend her to any one requiring a safe warm environment. She helped during a particularly hard time for me when I recieved a cancer diagnosis, Barbara provided supportive and positive help during a difficult time for which I am extremely grateful.

  Working with Barbara at North Coast Counselling has been an incredibly positive and healing experience. From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt completely safe, understood, and never judged.   I was going through a difficult time for a mixture of reasons but had no understanding as to what was going on. I couldn’t get through each day without breaking down and crying, panicking….. the list goes on. After battling with should I shouldn’t I get some help, because I always felt…. I don’t need it/I can cope myself, which obviously I wasn’t…. I came across Barbra. And that has been the best decision I have made for sure. I was made welcome from the minute I stepped into Barbra’s beautiful relaxed bright space. From that moment I went onto a journey with Barbra of discovering why and how I was struggling. Gently using techniques to reach into my past and present learning about myself and how others have had an impact in my life and the changes I learnt I needed to make to help me enjoy my life rather than struggle and make things hard for my self . Looking at things slightly differently, in ways I could not do alone. And slowly and steadily at a pace I could manage, things started to improve in my day to day life. Barbra’s understanding is endless both professionally and empathically. The hour I spend with her is my special time, just for me. We never stop learning but we forget to learn when it comes to looking after our minds which then affects our body. I now feel In such a better place because of Barbra’s support. If you’re struggling with life in any way, give this lady a call. Don’t question it, You won’t regret it. 🫶🏻
