  I have recently had my front drive way done by Sean and Graham and the team and I am thrilled with the final results. I have had countless complements from people walking past on how well it now looks, in particular my new front step with built in features. Sean and the team are friend and approachable and always turned up on time when planned. They would clean up daily and keep me updated on the work progress. I have already discussed having my garage converted into a bedroom and would not look for anyone else to complete this work. The team are perfectionists and it was a pleasure to observe such a high standard of professionalism. I have attached before and after photos below. Thank you :)

  We needed a nightmare job doing rebuilding all our downstairs suspended floors and Sean, Graham and their team were brilliant - gave a really transparent quote, answered my annoying questions, and showed up when they said they would every time. When the job needed longer than expected they were straight back the following week, and when we noticed an issue after the job was done Graham popped back next working day to sort it out. Would highly recommend Porter Construction, turning your house upside down is always stressful (especially when you work from home) but they saved us so much stress by being really sound.

  Graham and Sean have done an amazing job refurbishing our Victorian house - including a new roof, rebuilt/repointed walls and an extension. They have just finished an extension at our son's house. Again, very pleasant and helpful to deal with and great attention to detail. Delighted customers.

  Both Graham and Sean from start to finish were exceptional. From advising on what materials to use to guiding us on how best to overcome unforeseen challenges. They became much more than simply builders of our new home, they became trusted friends who I would happily recommend to anybody who needed building work undertaken. Choose them for your next project, you will not regret it.

  Porters construction were recommended to us by our friends who had had work done on their roof. They couldn’t fault them and said they were really reliable. We contacted Porters to get a quote for a new roof for our elderly father. Their quote was very reasonable. they brought round samples of tiles and quotes so we could make an informed decision. Porters also provided a professional option based on their recommendations from what their drone assessment had shown. This was to go for the cheaper option with the larger tiles as they find they are more robust and better for houses that are near to the seafront as they are better against the sea high winds and salt air. They completed a week later then the timeframe they recommended but this was only due to high winds and rain, so this is for their safety. Sean and Graham communicated well throughout and there work is so good and the finish really high. They are really clean and tidy ensuring to clean and tidy anything at the end of everyday. I would seriously recommend them as it’s hard to find people you know you can trust. Thank you Sean, Graham and Team.
