  Injured my knee playing tennis 8 weeks ago. Saw Tom this morning and wish I'd made an appointment weeks ago. I now understand the nature of my injury, the prognosis for recovery and had a course of acupuncture which has had an immediate beneficial effect both on the knee as well as a psychological boost.   Have had a number of treatments over several years. Excellent would highly recommend Elaine is so thorough in her assessment and treatment and is very caring and compassionate. Always given follow up exercises to do at home to continue improvements in mobility and reduce pain
