  I would totally recommend Qualitly NorthWest for your love ones who need extra care at home. They have looked after my mum for the last three years and all the staff are amazing. They are genially caring people and go way beyond they duties to help out. Over lockdown , I knew mum was safe and being well looked after , when I couldn’t visit her. Mum would be so up lifted when one of the staff would knock with a surprise package of cakes or flowers, especially when they had so much to deal with because of covid. Also they will ring with any concerns about mum however big or small. I also feel I can ring them as there is always a friendly voice on the end of the phone. Thank you to Linzi and all the staff at Quality Homecare, you are amazing.
