  I highly reccomend this service to anyone who needs recovering in the east anglia area, phoned up spoke to Peter , he was with me within the hour had my van on the back and took me straight to where I needed. I will also add this is the most reasonably priced recovery I have ever came across. Do not hesitate to call they are very honest about waiting times and will not mess you around. Top service appreciate the guys at this company.

  If you have children don’t call these guys I had broken down in 28 degree heat with a 2 year old and we was abandoned!!!! I called these guys at 12:03pm, they said they’ll be with me within 45 minutes, he then hung up to find my rough location, then rang me on a mobile and asked me to drop my pin location to the mobile number which I did to confirm where I was. I thought fantastic!! I waited over an hour and thought I’d text asking for a rough ETA as we had run out of snacks and water, no shops near as we was on a main road in the middle of nowhere. My text message was read instantly as read receipts was on, I waited 10 minutes thinking the guy is probably calling his driver to get an update so gave him the benefit of the doubt. So I decided to call the company asking for an update. I was then told I can’t do your job anymore, another job has come up!!!!! I said so you couldn’t have told me this over an hour ago? He said he was about to call me! Well you wasn’t was you! Iv waited with a 2 year old on a hot day, in direct sunlight, no car, no food, no water on a main road!!! and you didn’t even have the audacity to call me and let me know so I could at least find transport from a company!!! Edit to respond: No! I’m sorry but I had clear understanding your truck had 2 available spaces and I agreed my brother in law would collect my child as she would need isofix which under my impression your recovery truck wouldn’t have. I already agreed with you to come and get us as I would arrange transport for my child this was with full clear understanding you was coming to get us as you then rang on a mobile number asking for my pin location which I sent to the mobile number requested by you so you knew where we was exactly. I wouldn’t have confirmed the collection of the car if I knew I wouldn’t have other transport sorted in the meantime to collect my child or saying that confirmed if I knew you wasn’t able to take us. Not only that, do you not think it would have been maybe a good idea to call and double check if you wasnt sure? Instead of leaving us for over an hour with the impression you was coming to get the car.

  Called out, told a price on the phone after explaining where I was and where I needed to go. Agreed that price. Person showed up, which was within the hour, which was great. He loaded the car on the truck, had to drive 5mins to get signal. Then put in the address where it was going and changed his price to £50 more. As a woman on her own in his cab I was not ok with arguing it, but this is not acceptable when a price is already agreed. Cost me £240 just because he changed it on the spot. Not acceptable and won’t be recommending them
