Went into the 3 shop with no idea what phone I wanted and Simon ran me through my options, giving me a good comparison of the devices they had, as well as ensuring I have a good understanding of prices throughout my contract term. 10/10 smooth and fast service from Simon.

I am not happy with the services at all .3 days back I ported my sim card from Lebara to three as I was facing network issues but three is worse than that. The day I received my SIM I have been facing internet issues so I called the customer care number and they suggested that i can replace the SIM so today I went to the shop and they replaced my SIM by saying that it will start immediately or in a few hours . It's been more than 5 hours now and my SIM is still not activated nor can I call or connect with anyone.
