  Warranty is worthless and after sales issues dealt with poorly. We had our door fitted and after two years it failed to close properly leaving a gap of approximately two feet for anyone to get in and left our items unsecured. We requested a visit urgently and after some duress Shane from the company arrived. The blame for the issue was put on us for misuse of the door and damage to a sensor which was not the case. Wouldn’t even know how to damage it. The door and its frame were hit with a hammer for approximately two hours by Shane to “fix the sensor” which seemed odd to us and it never worked properly again. Creaking and cracking when opening and closing. We were then sent a bill for £75 for the call out which we did not pay as we felt the warranty should cover this. “5 year Parts and labour” seemed very clear . If it is under warranty and breaks do you pay for a company to fix it? Makes a warranty worthless. . A email was sent by us to the company explaining our view and we had no response. The garage door has now failed again and we cannot get access at all as an external override was not fitted. We have requested an urgent callout and been advised it will be one month due to holidays and because we did not pay the bill for the last time so we are not a priority. We are now having to pay a third party to install a new garage door. Think carefully and check the terms of the warranty of this company and insure that you have an external overdrive before spending your hard earned money.

  Absolutely First class service, Shane came and installed 2 garage doors at my home, very conscientious installer. Brilliant service would highly recommend.

  Had Shane and his team come to fit a rosewood roller shutter door, the whole experience was brilliant. Shane turned up for the survey and explained everything he could do in great detail, less than 4 weeks later he came back with his colleague and fitted the door, brilliant product, very well built and looks stunning. They left the area clean and tidy when they left. Top quality product without the catastrophic price. Brilliant work lads. The Clarks.
