  Reliability is so really important when you need to get where you're going in a taxi. Dan's were great, slightly early, car was clean (and not smelly), driver was smart, polite and from the local area, so knew where they were going. Much better than other taxi companies I've used in the area. Nobody seems to remember good service. You will using Dan's !

  I used to use another local company for years . But recently tried Dan’s taxi . I had Paul and we had a lovely conversation. Nice clean car which was great to see . Will use again

  Had a lovely man Paul, pick me up from Lowestoft town centre this morning. Following a knee op I was having issues with transport. He was really lovely & friendly, helped with loading & unloading of all my shopping , which I was so grateful for. Super service, prompt clean car & friendly booking staff. 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a cab service. Well done Dan's

  Most impressed with Dan’s Taxis. Our driver this morning was Stephen and we found him to be a very polite and helpful man. We were kept up to date with regular text messages of where Stephen was with an estimated time of pick up. Stephen was very helpful when loading and unloading Mother in her wheelchair. An excellent service received. Thank you very much.

  Easy call service, and the fares are reasonable! Not as cheap as Uber in my experience, but far cheaper than most private taxi companies. The call handler is always polite and kind, and I have to say that their driver, Paul, was incredibly welcoming, chatty and made me feel comfortable. As a young woman it can feel daunting getting into random people’s cars - even taxi’s, but I have to say that Dan’s Taxi’s have been nothing but the best! I will use them more regularly going forward as they always get you around this inaccessible town! 🤣 Brill work team!
