  Have just called to talk about my phone contract running out and wanted to talk to them about it. Didn't even care! And wouldn't give me the time of day. Just said come in store etc and I could do stuff on app. I don't want to do stuff on app! Unbelievable. Probably take my services else where. Very unprofessional in my opinion. 😡 Just an update...called up this morning for a query a bill that I received, and the 'girl' on the other end of the phone was remarkably sarcastic and rude. Giggling,at what I imagine,her colleagues that were all shouting and laughing like they were having some sort of party! I was absolutely disgusted with the way she spoke. There is no excuse for this juvenile behaviour!!!!
