Wasn't sure what to expect when i wanted to sell an old phone in CEX. The staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. They offered a price I was very happy with and, after a thorough test of the phone I was paid cash. I would, definitely, recommend.

I come in here a lot to look at their Pokemon and computer stock as they get them in quite often, if you are ever looking for a good place to sell things, this can go from Bikes to card games, this place will give great offers, they will not undercut you at all. However they mainly only buy items what are worth more than £10 so they can make a little profit theirself what is 100% understandable. I also just bought a headset here and it works great. The store also have a refund policy of 1 week as long as you keep the reciept so don't get upset if you buy something and realise you don't actually need it.

None of the parts purchased were tested, had to return frequently to order new parts which could also come untested. If buying for computer parts be wary

CeX is a popular second-hand technology and gaming shop where customers can buy, sell, and exchange items such as computers, phones, consoles, games, and accessories. Many customers like the shop because it offers cheaper prices compared with buying brand-new products, making it a good place to find bargains. People often enjoy looking through the shelves because the stock changes regularly, meaning you can sometimes find older games, retro consoles, or useful computer parts. A lot of customers mention that the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, especially when dealing with gaming products and technology. The ability to trade in old items is also seen as a big advantage because it gives people a way to get money or vouchers for things they no longer use. However, some reviews mention that the quality of second-hand items can vary. Since products have already been used, some customers say it is important to check the condition before buying. Others feel that certain items can sometimes be priced higher than expected. Overall, CeX is seen as a useful shop for gamers and technology fans. It offers a wide range of products, friendly service, and the chance to find unusual bargains, although the second-hand nature means experiences can differ.
