  Usually I’m okay with this place however today I’ve been really annoyed. Not only were the staff passive aggressive but they gave me the wrong disc and told me that I need to purchase the add ons which is completely wrong! They’re not even for the same console. The gold edition was supposed to come with the DLC and add ons which is why I purchased it. Instead they gave me a regular ps4 disc which I find baffling. Surely you would keep the PS4 and ps5 discs separate so I don’t understand how this is happened. Now I’m having to fight with PlayStation to get my money back from the add ons which I was wrongly told to purchase, which I never would have to do if they had just given me the right disc.
