  Nothing but amazing! Thanks to Hayden who has custom made a necklace for us ahead of our daughter’s 18th birthday. Great clear communication. Would absolutely return there and recommend.

  I bought a necklace from this shop. The necklace itself is lovely, but it broke very quickly – it’s quite strange, really. I went back to have it repaired, but when they quoted me the repair cost, it turned out to be as much as half the price of the necklace itself. That’s completely unreasonable. I can’t recommend either the quality or the service at this shop.

  I was bought,23 years ago a silver bracelet from carats from my mum and (late) dad It was the last thing they bought me ,for my 30th birthday,before Dad passed away,..so very sentimental.. It broke twice!! Carats fixed it twice.. But then...it broke again in the same place.. I took it in,and asked if they could melt it down and maybe make me something else.. Another bracelet...I also included in the silver,a ring,which was my dad's last worn piece,to be included in the bracelet.. They did it beautifully.. I collected it yesterday,..and was totally blown away by the simplicity of this piece .. It's now back on my wrist,and I love it!! Only thing I wish they had done,..was stamp it again 925. But that's a tiny thing to complain about,..so I'm not. I'm Very happy with the finished item.. Thank you again
