  Nothing but amazing! Thanks to Hayden who has custom made a necklace for us ahead of our daughter’s 18th birthday. Great clear communication. Would absolutely return there and recommend.

  I bought a necklace from this shop. The necklace itself is lovely, but it broke very quickly – it’s quite strange, really. I went back to have it repaired, but when they quoted me the repair cost, it turned out to be as much as half the price of the necklace itself. That’s completely unreasonable. I can’t recommend either the quality or the service at this shop.

  They help me with my custom made wedding ring. I really appreciate the fact that yhey were real, expressing their opinion regarding the design i was originally stuck on. At every step in the process they made sure i was totslly happy and fine with the design. I 100% recommend and will always come to them for my future jewelry.

  Took my grandads Tudor watch to get soldiered and change of glass. With about 3 weeks of waiting and a estimate given I received the watch. Absolutely top quality workmanship couldn’t of been happier. Thank you so much definitely recommend.
