Received disgusting customer service by Luke and David in store. If you want a lesson on gaslighting then these boys are who you want to speak to. I purchased a phone contract a few days ago with the intention of switching over from another provider. There was a promotion I'd seen online and the same promotion was displayed in store involving a free fitbit device when you purchased a particular phone. When I contacted Tesco to claim the fitbit I was told the promotion wasn't running and to go back to the store. When I went back David confirmed he remembered me and the discussion we'd had about the fitbit, he referred to Luke who initially said the promotion had ended yesterday. After speaking to the online team he said it wasn't an offer and I couldn't had seen it in the branch as they don't display the offers there. David also then stated he didnt remember that part of our exchange. Luke said he'd phone his manager and left the store to allegedly do so, I don't belive he did, and then said his manager also agreed with him and I couldn't have seen it. They made me out to be a liar and delusional, completely gaslighting me. I have now cancelled my contract with Tesco and will never return. Do not use this company, particularly this store. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Really great customer service. Even if you want a product outside of their service they'd guide you on how to get or where you might find the nearest store for that product. They have a wide variety of phones to choose from
