  The existing wipers were making visibility difficult during rain, so I had them replaced. This garage fitted the new set and checked them before I left.

  I had the coolant checked while my car was in for repair. The team explained its condition and gave me some useful advice on keeping the cooling system in good order between visits.

  I took my 2013 Volkswagen Polo GTI to this garage because the car has randomly stalled twice. Once while driving and once while stopped at traffic lights. I explained the issue clearly and paid for a diagnostic. Unfortunately, they were unable to identify the cause of the stalling. The only things they mentioned were a timing cover air leak and that the gearbox was “not good”, but they did not provide a clear explanation of how either related to my original complaint or any evidence that they were the cause of the engine cutting out. I was also told the inspection would take around one hour, but I ended up waiting around five hours without any phone call or update. Better communication would have been appreciated. The biggest disappointment was the condition of my car when it was returned. There were greasy fingerprints all over the bonnet, steering wheel and parts of the interior. If mechanics need to work with dirty hands, that’s understandable, but the vehicle should be cleaned before being returned to the customer. The staff were polite, but overall I left without an answer to the problem I came in with and with my car dirtier than when I dropped it off. I hope they improve their communication, customer care and attention to detail.

  Very poor service dropped my car into get scuff repainted had my car for 5 days collected it nothing done, now my driver door is catching on back door wasn’t like that why I left it there, Don’t recommend, pricey and don’t finish a job
