My passenger window was playing up and wouldn’t operate properly. This garage fixed the issue with reasonable price.

I originally called about another car, which my wife hated. I had a limited budget and needed a certain type of car, so they mentioned one that fitted the bill but wasn’t on the website yet because it still needed some work. It was at the cheaper end of the market, with 110,000 miles, a scabby patch of paint down one side and a steering rack that needed replacing. They were upfront about the issues and promised to sort them. I wasn’t completely convinced, but they did exactly what they said they would. The paintwork was sorted pretty much overnight—the turnaround was incredibly quick and it looks really good. They called the next day when the steering-rack part arrived, got the car straight in and had it finished later that day. The difference was noticeable immediately and the repair has held up since. I’ve had the car for a few weeks now and all is good so far. There’s a slight wheel-bearing noise at higher speeds that I’ll need to look at eventually, but it’s nothing major. Friendly, helpful, kept me updated and followed through on everything they promised. I’d happily recommend them.

I popped the car in for some tyre work before a longer drive. Our work was handled efficiently, and the details were explained when I collected the vehicle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with German Engineering. They honestly went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Even though I was a little past the date I purchased the car, they still honoured the service and looked after everything for me without any hassle. It’s not often you come across a garage that’s willing to go that extra mile for their customers. The team were friendly, helpful and genuinely made me feel looked after. I’m really happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend German Engineering to anyone. Thanks again to the whole team — really appreciate you going the extra mile! 👍
