  Spa pod 2 package, can't fault, coffee and cake to start, lovely pod experience.... Even the ice bath. Excellent staff and friendly service I should add, unlike a larger spa, centre, we were made to feel special from beginng to end by all staff, and not just the next client, So thank you to all staff we encountered

  What an absolutely idyllic setting! The beautiful lawns, the sculptured gardens, the incredible rooftop terrace! A friend and I visited for a Spa Pod and Lunch package. We arrived to the most helpful and friendly staff. Firstly indulging in the best carrot cake I’ve ever tasted before heading to our sauna pod! The pods are spacious, modern and spotless. They’ve thought of everything. We had such a relaxing 90 mins going from the sauna, to the plunge pool to the hot tub! Pure bliss! We finished the day with the most devine lunch on the roof terrace. I could not fault the day at all. It was pure perfection!

  We visited Be Well Barn for the first time today to make use of the Spa Pod package I was gifted as a birthday present. The package includes cake and a drink on arrival (can highly recommend the cheese scone and Victoria sponge!). We then had a 90 minute session in a spa Pod 1. The pod itself is beautifully clean and comprises of a dry sauna, cold outside shower, plunge pool and hot tub. We had a very relaxing morning. We then had lunch in the cafe. The only disappointment (hence 4 stars instead of 5) was that the lunch menu was actually a breakfast menu …apparently if you want lunch, you need to book during the week. The staff are all friendly and helpful and as stated above, the only disappointment was the lunch menu. The food was freshly cooked and tasty, just not what I fancied at 1:00pm

  The Well Being Barn is a very special place! Set in beautiful countryside, the whole day was wonderful. We’ve been before and couldn’t wait for today’s visit! The staff are so friendly, and the freshly cooked food is superb. We booked a 90-minute pod session for the three of us girls and loved relaxing in the hot tub and steam room, along with several refreshing dunks in the cold bath! We would highly recommend The Well Being Barn and we left feeling completely relaxed!

  Be Well Barn feels like a proper escape for anyone into spa, healthy food, and fitness without the fuss. I was member for one month. It was worth every penny! The spa pods have a sauna, steam room, hot tub and ice baths – perfect after a class. Super clean and amazing way to relax! Food is homemade: think veggie bowls, protein-packed salads, and yummy breakfast options. It’s genuinely healthy, not just labelled that way. Fitness classes run daily – Yoga, Pilates. I especially enjoyed Strong Mums happy tots where I could bring my newborn whilst working out. (+ the trainer was specially trained for postpartum exercise). The vibe is friendly and welcoming. If you want a low-key wellness retreat in Norfolk/Suffolk that balances fitness, good food, and a bit of spa time, it’s worth booking. Great for a weekend reset or mid week workout / spa and coffee!
