  Not well organised like a CeX should be. At first, I believed it would be a well organised one. But it was downgrades than what I saw in the past. For instance, the selections did not go organised well, they were not like the one in Chelmsford. Some categories were even gone. The line was big & only 1 pieve of staff.

  Awful service so far! Went in yesterday to sell some items, they required testing so I was told by the girl once the test was completed, if I left my details the money would be transferred into my bank! I even asked oh but do I have to wait 2-3 working days to get in! And she said no, it will be transferred to you 30mins after the test is complete! And I’m now here 24 hours later with nothing! I’ll be popping in later to cause some much drama as I’m fuming!

  Shoutout to Jordan from Bury St Edmunds, CEX store! Only been with the store for two weeks, and he was challenged with trading in nearly 100 of my old blu ray discs! Very polite and patient man, would recommend 👍🏻

  Brought back a PS5 with an intermittent fault - powering down when playing games. They couldn’t reproduce the fault in the shop so no replacement. I sold the faulty model (to them!). Good luck to whoever buys it next.
