  Brilliant mechanics at diagnosing and fixing problems! Mark and his team actually work to find the root of the problem. They don’t just change parts and guess what the problem is. The experience and knowledge are extensive and this should be the only shop you should ever take a vehicle for repairs! Excellent work and well priced!

  We are on our way to a family wedding from Suffolk to Nottingham, on our way our exhaust heat shield came loose. This legend cable tied it to keep it safe until we could go to a garage near home. No charge and brilliant service. Thank you again

  Really grateful to MKG Automotive for helping me yesterday! After being turned away by three other garages in Bury St Edmunds with a red warning light, they were happy to help straight away. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and got everything sorted. Fast, friendly and genuinely helpful service. Would definitely recommend! ⭐️

  Above and beyond is how I would best describe MKG. Mark is a friendly, genuine and thoroughly decent individual, so clearly putting his customers well before any notion of profit. It's sadly a rare occurrence in an age of fast profit and minimal service. It's even rarer to find someone that elicits such a high level of trust in such a short space of time.
