  I was recommended Armstrongs based on their reputation and I can now add my own. After the unexpected passing of my mother, they guided me through all the decisions that had to be made, and the service and committal were perfect. What impressed me most was the professionalism of everyone we worked with, including Dawn (our funeral arranger) and Nick (the funeral director).

  We cannot thank you all for the care, compassion and professionalism you showed our family during such a difficult time. From the time our Dad was taken on his final journey , to our appointment to make the funeral arrangements, the timely and clear communication at all times and on to the day of the service, which was perfect and just as we wished for Dad. You have been amazing and we are very grateful. You supported us in making a very difficult time easier and we much appreciate it . Thank you

  They are the best in bury st Edmunds nick and Davina have a great team I have had dealings with them four times the latest is my youngest brother they are very professional and caring Oliver came out early Sunday morning to come and pick him he was a kind and friendly a very professional caring in his job Claire on receptionist is a very caring person and a good listener at my time of loss and very professional caring person then my funeral advisor Christy she is a true professional caring and she made me feel at ease while dealing with my forms you can say they are the best in there field if I could give them a hundred star's I would

  From the very beginning, we were treated with such kindness, compassion and respect at what was an incredibly difficult time for our family. The care shown to my mum, and to all of us, was truly exceptional. Every detail was handled with sensitivity and professionalism, which allowed us to focus on saying goodbye rather than worrying about arrangements. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal, and we always felt that Mum was being looked after with dignity and genuine care. The funeral itself was beautiful and everything came together exactly as we had hoped. The support, reassurance and attention to detail made such a painful day feel calm, personal and incredibly special. I will always be grateful for the kindness shown to us and for helping us give my beautiful mum the farewell she deserved. At one of the hardest times in our lives, your compassion meant more than I can put into words. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to any family needing care, guidance and understanding at such a difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Lisa Betts

  If you want a caring, personal and understanding experience at, possibly the worst time of your life, then I totally recommend you meet and speak to Mark Armstrong. My time with him and his care of my lovely husband has been amazing. He will do whatever he can to help you through this challenging time. Forget about the corporate funeral directors; speak to Armstrong and Fraser first.
