  Ordered an outfit from shein, quality was awful and not up to standard, so I decided to pop in to Lesley G instead. There I was greeted by the most friendly staff members, who helped me find a gorgeous outfit for an upcoming wedding. They could not have done more for me. Definitely recommend Lesley G.

  Disappointed is the only word, Customer Service is lovely over the phone, but once in the shop is a different matter.Bought shoes from there and happy with them, until the MOG emailed me with a picture of the shoes she had bought, and yes they were the same, telephoned to ask if I could return as only 2 days old told yes, so went and returned them to be told only credit note offered. The MOG told me she had bought them off Temu!!! at £21.75 and Lesley G selling for £75!!! markup of 316%. Shein also sell them at £17.95. Emailed and asked about this to be told that suppliers sell discount shoes on the pages ! So moral of this story is if looking for shoes look at Temu or Shein first and not get ripped off as I was. Shop local they say, well I tried and it bite me. Would never recommend them as now I wonder what else is from Shein etc Profit comes before customers.

  We visited this store and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They listed to what my mum did and did not want and picked a selection of beautiful dresses for her to try. Staff were knowledgeable and worked really well together. The found matching accessories for the dress my mum picked but there was no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend a visit here they have a huge selection of beautiful dresses and at a reasonable cost x

  Absolutely fantastic expertise, such kind and helpful staff came in with my mum who has dementia we had a wonderful experience and were made to feel very special indeed . A million thanks to you all xxxxx We will be back xxx
