I had to get in contact with Paul as my son saw a rodent in our property. Paul came out that very morning when he said he would. He inspected the property & suggested areas of easy access for rodents to get in. He put down bait in 8 areas within my property. He talked through the process of the 1st visit & assured me he would sort the problem out as he knew how anxious I was , He was very professional at all times , detailing what he would do on his next visit & advised me about an issue with brickwork/plaster under my bath. Paul came out 4 times each time confirming each date & time In advance . Paul was always prompt each time .i had some additional work done by Paul hence the price I had a to pay. It was a pleasure meeting Paul . I would definitely recommend him if anyone had any issues in the future ‘

This was an excellent, professional and informative service from Paul at PRC. Within three months had cleared a rodent problem in the garden. Punctual and friendly, nothing was a problem for him to solve. I would highly recommend and would use PRC again. Thank you for your help!
