  Paul did a fantastic job from the get-go. Had a minor mice issue under kitchen plinths getting in through an air brick and as well as going up into the loft. Paul set up some bait stations underneath the kitchen plinths after discovering old droppings. He also set them up in the loft with paste. Three visits later, they're all gone. Paul was transparent about pricing and the service and communicated throughout the service with times and dates of visiting as well as the work being carried out. Highly recommended to anyone seeking pest control services!

  Paul has been amazing! Great communication, always on time or early, really helpful, fast & efficient services, very reasonable & fair prices, honest & reliable, local & friendly business man! I initially got in touch with Paul regarding a rodent issue in our loft, he responded very quickly, was very informative on what services he could provide, the cost involved, which was very reasonable & fair, the dates he was available & he got me booked in straight away. Throughout the services he explained every detail of the issues & processes needed to resolve the matter, he was very helpful, very honest, friendly & kept me informed every step of the way, until the issues were resolved. He has been again today to help us with some house & garden clearance, he arrived early, got straight to work with his colleague, whilst in correspondence with my daughter & her partner who were here to oversee the clearance as I am disabled and bedbound. It took Paul & his colleague very little time to clear old household things, various garden things we no longer require, they dismantled a large old worn out trampoline & he even put my back garden gate back up which had fell down in the past. The services Paul provides are top quality, he's friendly, communicates really well, he gets the job done, he knows his stuff when it comes to pest control and he's very efficient and fast at the clearance part. I couldn't recommend a better, more helpful & friendly local business man, if you need any pest control or clearance services Paul is your man, me & my family are very grateful for all Paul's help over the past few months, we're glad we found him & we will definitely be calling on him again in the not too distant future for more jobs that need resolving. I highly recommend Paul & I will be passing on this recommendation to all my family & friends should they require similar services.   Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable from his initial visit and explained exactly what he thought the problem was to my elderly mother. He then proceeded to view the loft to find out what was making the noises and he went through what he thought was the problem and gave her the option to continue or not. The price he quoted was very good and she was assured enough for him to start the treatment and within 2 visits, the noises had stopped and no rodent activity was visible. He also offered advice on stopping further pest activity. Very professional service all round.
