  Not usually one to leave reviews, however, these ladies certainly deserve it!! 1st time I went dress shopping was at 2 other well known companies and didn’t have the best experience so was left feeling quite deflated! Managed to get into Simone’s bridal that same day as they had a last minute cancellation and it was the best thing that ever happened. Instantly welcomed and met with the most sweetest people I have come across. They gave me an incredible experience the whole time I was there! So attentive and really paid attention to everything I wanted in my dream dress! They all had such a wonderful, warm energy about them and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a wedding dress!! From the minute I walked in to my first dress fitting, nothing seemed like too much trouble for them and it’s not often you come across people like that! Thank you to all of you - you really have made the whole experience enjoyable and I’ve loved every minute 🩷

  Unfortunately I did not purchase a dress from Simone’s Bridal but I did have my alterations done here. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. I was so happy with the quality and price of their alterations. Highly recommend. Thank you all x

  Great dresses but bad experience not helped at all by the owners. I purchased my wife to be a wedding dress. Relationship broke down and the wife cancelled the wedding. I explained to the owners asked for a refund or the dress. Owners refused to talk to me. Didn't even ask me for proof of purchase, receipts or bank account details which I could have provided Found out today that she was contacted and offered the dress. And she now has the wedding dress I purchased. Nice. Thanks. 👌🏾
