Just bought a bespoke bed from Heavenly Beds Outlet (Oldbury). They made the ottoman bed and headboard to our specified size, colour and material and delivered it within 7 days! They are all very reliable and friendly, as are the delivery / installation guys. I cannot recommend them enough!

I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience at Heavenly Beds. From the moment I made my enquiry, the service was absolutely first class. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail, helping me choose the perfect bed without any pressure. I purchased the Ambassador bed, and it has exceeded every expectation. The quality is outstanding – it's beautifully made, feels incredibly luxurious, and you can tell it's built to last. Most importantly, it is exactly as described. The craftsmanship, comfort, and attention to detail are second to none, and I've genuinely never slept better. What really sets Heavenly Beds apart is the exceptional customer service. It's rare to find a business that combines such high-quality products with such honest, personal, and professional service. The owner clearly takes great pride in ensuring every customer is completely satisfied, and that really shows. If you're looking for a bed that offers exceptional comfort, outstanding quality, and fantastic value, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heavenly Beds. The Ambassador bed has been one of the best purchases I've ever made, and I would happily buy from them again. Five stars simply don't do them justice!

Visited Heavenly Beds Outlet in Oldbury and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were super helpful, guided me through the options without any pushy sales tactics, and the quality of the bed is top-notch. Highly recommend checking them out if you're local!
