I purchased the Ambassador bed, and it has exceeded every expectation. The quality is outstanding – it's beautifully made, feels incredibly luxurious, and you can tell it's built to last. Most importantly, it is exactly as described. The craftsmanship, comfort, and attention to detail are second to none, and I've genuinely never slept better.   Visited Heavenly Beds Outlet in Oldbury and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were super helpful, guided me through the options without any pushy sales tactics, and the quality of the bed is top-notch. Highly recommend checking them out if you're local!

  Fantastic service phoned up at 1pm on Saturday 28th March and by 4pm the bed was delivered , installed and the old one taken away , simply fantastic service and I would highly recommend this company .

  Overall good service guy in shop knew his stuff suggested what was best for me, good price shame about the delivery time, took the day off work to be delivered, just b4 8pm it arrived and was left just inside the front door, knew this was going to happen be left inside the front door but not at that time of night when needed help getting it up the stairs.

  Absolutely terrible experience, the so called divan bed was made out of cheap thin cardboard, stabled together attached to wood, & covered over with cloth materials to make it look good, we sat on the bed and the whole bed collapsed Wasted my money I am so upset and they will not give me my money back, instead they are replacing it, for yet another piece of paper wood thin crap. In future I will stick with repeatable retailers, who know how to make quality beds. And who have proper customer service. DO Not Waste Your Money Expensive mistake
