  Fantastic service phoned up at 1pm on Saturday 28th March and by 4pm the bed was delivered , installed and the old one taken away , simply fantastic service and I would highly recommend this company .

  Overall good service guy in shop knew his stuff suggested what was best for me, good price shame about the delivery time, took the day off work to be delivered, just b4 8pm it arrived and was left just inside the front door, knew this was going to happen be left inside the front door but not at that time of night when needed help getting it up the stairs.

  Absolutely terrible experience, the so called divan bed was made out of cheap thin cardboard, stabled together attached to wood, & covered over with cloth materials to make it look good, we sat on the bed and the whole bed collapsed Wasted my money I am so upset and they will not give me my money back, instead they are replacing it, for yet another piece of paper wood thin crap. In future I will stick with repeatable retailers, who know how to make quality beds. And who have proper customer service. DO Not Waste Your Money Expensive mistake

  I ordered a double bed base with sliding door storage ,with reinforced bed base and 15" high. And it was done the way I asked came on time, the manager was very friendly, Even the delivery men were above and beyond and friendly. I will be ordering from these again. I am really happy and pleased with it . Thank you
