  Had a 4m insulated roller shutter with a rubber safety seal from b&l in 2013 !!!! Did not leave a review at the time as I like to wait to see what the product is like and also the after sales service and then I totally forgot. Have to say was not expecting them to answer my call on a warm sunny Saturday afternoon when my roller shutter would not close. Explained the problem and was advised what to do. The owner was at a barbecue so was nervous to ask that if the solution did not work if I could call back. I thought I was going to be told no but Richard was very kind to tell me to call back if there was still a problem. Everything worked perfectly. To still get help and advise 13 years after installation and on a weekend should tell you all you need to know about this company and its after sales service !

  Brilliant shutter repair people by far. Richard and his team always pick up their phones, turn up when they say, fix my shutters every time and charge a very reasonable fee. Richard and his team are all friendly, polite and honest people and I highly recommend them without hesitation
