  If i could rate this business a 0 I would! We booked this venue well over a year ago (my wedding is not until aug 2027 btw) so plenty in advance. I was sent the confirmation and paid £1000 deposit and was all confirmed. Happy customers until a week ago when only upon myself messaging them to check all was still ok they replied saying my booking was cancelled due to a "admin error" As I read the email through over and over it became clear I booked first and mine shouldn't have been the 1 being cancelled. Their exact words being - "While reviewing our bookings, I discovered that an administrative error in our system when your booking was originally taken resulted in your date being double-booked. Another member of our team unfortunately missed your booking and accepted another wedding reservation for the same date last year." So do not book this venue if you want to be let down, they cannot be trusted and have no morals as to keep another booking that was taken after mine..can only be to get a better ptofit as there is no other explanation as to why the 2nd booking was kept. I even have had to reorder all new day and night invitations and thats costing me more and they havent even said they would cover the cost when compensation was mentioned that was ignored and they just simply said change your date or have a refund, all be it very apologetic but not good enough. So this is the reason for the bad review and nothing they say can be trusted!

  Had our wedding reception here was amazing room looked amazing no stress they do the magic for you can enjoy your time with family and friends highly recommended

  My daughters wedding reception was held here, absolutely amazing venue. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, and a brilliant time was had. Really made the day special. Management was amenable opening for decorating and personalising the venues stunning table decorations and other personal extras to be delivered. It was a spectacular reception!!!!!

  The place looked good walking in. When the time was coming close to finishing, I found it quite rude that the staff had started packing away tables and removing things off tables. Manager or who ever she was kept standing there folding her arms huffing and puffing which I felt was quite rude. The manager was walking round like that from the start. Staff going on like it was a buffet, stretching over the table to take plates while people were still eating. And let’s not for get throwing away a £500 wedding cake 3 teirs cut up and bin kmt
