  I’m really frustrated from there service, I live in a rented house and the landlord sent them to fix the dishwasher. The guy they sent had a quick look without proper investigation and decided it’s unrepairable, it’s less than 2 years old and the landlord is reluctant to change it, after 3 weeks of washing dishes everyday for a family of 5 using mostly cold water as we have a problem with the boiler too. I decided to use chat gpt, I sent a video of the dishwasher and it said there is a blockage with some recommendations about what to do. Simple I poured unblocking liquid in the kitchen sink ( both the sink and the dishwasher exit are connected) and in seconds the problem was solved.

  Extremely disappointed with the installation of my integrated dishwasher. It was fitted last summer, at first all seems fine. Then in march the door came off. When we looked at how it had been fitted it was apparent that the installation instructions hadn't been followed. No correct fittings had been used and the old screws had just been reused. This would have been fine had there been any at the bottom to hold the door in place (as there was with our previous dishwasher. But there wasn't. I called them and asked them to come and sort it and use the correct fittings, which I had located online for them to purchase. After considerable discussion, never been so patronised in my life. They agreed to come and rectify the problem and assured me they would use the correct fittings. Fast forward four months and again the door is falling off. It transpires they have used sticky pads at the bottom not the correct installation fittings as advised in the installation manual. So my door has now been damaged because of the multiple times it has been fitted poorly. Having used Eastwood domestics for over ten years for repairs I will never use them again. Incredibly disappointed.
