  Extremely disappointed with the installation of my integrated dishwasher. It was fitted last summer, at first all seems fine. Then in march the door came off. When we looked at how it had been fitted it was apparent that the installation instructions hadn't been followed. No correct fittings had been used and the old screws had just been reused. This would have been fine had there been any at the bottom to hold the door in place (as there was with our previous dishwasher. But there wasn't. I called them and asked them to come and sort it and use the correct fittings, which I had located online for them to purchase. After considerable discussion, never been so patronised in my life. They agreed to come and rectify the problem and assured me they would use the correct fittings. Fast forward four months and again the door is falling off. It transpires they have used sticky pads at the bottom not the correct installation fittings as advised in the installation manual. So my door has now been damaged because of the multiple times it has been fitted poorly. Having used Eastwood domestics for over ten years for repairs I will never use them again. Incredibly disappointed.
