I joined B‑Strong on the 6week programme at the end of 2024, and it quickly became one of the best decisions I made for my fitness. The classes are well structured, challenging in the right way, and genuinely enjoyable.
A big part of that experience came from the team. I did most of my classes with Julia, and her energy and attention to detail really set the tone for the whole place. Tara and Louise were also fantastic. Each brining their own style and motivation, which kept things fresh and helped me push myself in different ways.
I enjoyed it so much that I signed a 12‑month contract in 2025. The private 1:1 PT sessions with Lilly have been another highlight. She’s supportive, knowledgeable, and brilliant at tailoring sessions to what I need, helping me make real progress.

It’s an amazing gym, experienced and knowledgeable staff with a lovely friendly atmosphere. Other members are really supportive and it’s a great place to be involved with, and to enjoy training

Fantastic place to train. completed my 6 week challenge. and it gave me the bug for excering. I signed up for 12 months and never looked back, Juila and her amazing team on trainers go above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of your sessions. I couldn't recommend b-strong more. if you have no confidence and unsure, go for it you won't regret it and come out of it loving excering and eating heaither.

I signed up for the 6 weeks bootcamp in January where Julia and team guarantee results, well they kept their word, i have lost my target weight and better then that 6 inches of my waist, and inch loss everywhere i wanted. The classes are amazing, hard but so much fun and never the same, we are encouraged to push ourselves, but always supported, Julia is always checking everyone is ok. The help and advice with food is something i really wanted, not a diet, but to understand the ratio of proteins and carbs and make meals i enjoy using the right amounts of the right foods. Julia is always there to help and adjust if you need to. After the bootcamp there was an option to stay on which i have done, i have kept the weight and inches off and absolutely love the classes, i have made so many friends, we all support each other and encourage each other its like a family. i have trained most of my life, but nothing like this, its unique i always look forward to going, its just great. Anyone thinking of making changes to their body shape, health, well being, and fitness, then 100% give it a try.
