  Dylan has supported me through several niggles/injuries, all of which recovered quickly with his support. He listens carefully, is very knowledgeable, explaining things really clearly and provides appropriate treatment and exercises. Exercises are provided conveniently on an app. I use my heath insurance as he is HCPC registered.

  Would highly recommend this physio, Dylan is very knowledgeable and great at explaining, attended with neck pain which has been much improved in a short time.

  I contacted All Out Physiotherapy a couple of months ago after being diagnosed by my GP with painful cervicogenic headaches that were disrupting my day to day life. Dylan carried out a full assessment to get to the root issue of why these are happening and created a tailored plan for me. We have made a lot of progress and believe I am on the road to resolving these fully. When I’ve had setbacks he has kept me grounded, understood things from my view but also helped me stay focused on progress. I absolutely recommend All Out Physiotherapy to anyone thinking about making an appointment!

  Great service, Dylan has great knowledge and experience on martial arts injuries. Had a finger injury from Bjj with an upcoming competition, and he was able to assess and create a plan for me to compete, and progress has been fantastic so far, so highly recommend.
