  Great service from the guys, very reasonably priced & great communication throughout. Enjoyed being close for the free pick up & drop off service too. Full service & MOT, couple of new tyres. Will be back again next year :)

  Great effort by the team. My car was delayed because the manufacturer backordered the parts, but they did everything they could to get me back on the road as soon as possible. They put two people on the job and got my car back to me as soon as the parts were in. Went above and beyond fixing some issues that didn’t appear in the invoice. Thank you, Really appreciated.

  I’ve used the guys at Pitt Stop for a long time, because I know I can get the best service for all our car repairs and MOTs and servicing. They always keep in touch by phone when the car’s in for work, and run through what things are needed and costs too. It’s always the fairest price, absolutely spot on 👌

  Completely shocked and left feeling scammed. I handed my car in for an MOT which cost £50. They kept trying to add on a service for £175 which I told them 3 times no before I was told “best make sure it doesn’t need work done then”. 1 hour after I dropped my car off I received a call to say my car failed its MOT and I needed 2 new front tyres and break fluid. I was quoted £275 plus my £50 MOT, so £325. Later that day I called to ask if my car was due to be collected as it was approaching closing time and hadn’t heard anything, again I confirmed the price was £325 and was told yes that’s correct. When I went to collect my car my husband sat in the car with our daughter. I then went to pay and the price on the machine was £655!!!!!! I said I was told £325? He said you must’ve been speaking to someone else because it’s £655. He then went on to say the line must’ve been dodgy on the phone because he told me this price. I’m not being funny but the line was perfectly fine to me considering he said yes twice to £325. Shocked and under pressure I paid the £655. I was told my car would be ready soon and to wait in the waiting area. My husband got a notification on his phone than £655 came out of our account and told me to go out to the car and he was coming in. The man said no I told her £655, my husband said you told her £325 twice I heard you. He tried showing my husband the breakdown and 4 tyres he had to replace (thought it was 2?) and said she must’ve misheard me. After reading the reviews I’ve seen a lot of people having the same issue. Will not be using again, complete rip off and obviously trying to find more work for extra money. I also did not receive an invoice and turns out they don’t actually do your MOT, they take it to another garage round the corner.
