  Steve was really helpful, the fire and mantle are just perfect, Steve and Kevin who fitted the fireplace were delightful and fabulous workers, love my new fireplace, Steve is in the process of building a tv unit to match my beautiful marble fireplace, recommend this company with pleasure

  Got a new media wall and fire ,from start to finish the service was fantastic. Tommy was brilliant he actually came down twice to our house to check everything with myself as I changed my mind nothing was a problem. Delivery and fitting was done on time as he said. Now to the fitting it was a treat to watch from the fitters David and Kyle I have never seen guy's that work as hard as these two and take pride in there work fantastic, then to finish the planters Alec and his mate everything I said about the fittersthese

  I had a fantastic experience with Fires & Surrounds Direct from start to finish. Tommy was absolutely brilliant — knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and done right. His customer service really stood out and made the whole process stress-free. Huge thanks as well to Ryan and his team for the excellent work they carried out. The installation was completed to a very high standard, they were professional, tidy, and clearly took pride in what they do. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Fires & Surrounds Direct to anyone looking for quality workmanship and great service.
