  Bought a midi keyboard as a Christmas gift in December, had no wires or the back for the batteries. It was grade C which should include all essential accessories according to their website, why did I have to purchase the wires separately??!!!!!! Robbery. There was a discount applied, I was told due to the missing parts. 3 months later I find it's incompatible so I go to sell it back (not even return for a refund, just sell it back), only to be refused due to no backing?! One female member of staff was adamant that the man that sold it to me wouldn't have messed up as he'd worked there 5 years.. human error still occurs. Considering when I was in to sell it back a woman had been sold a locked phone without being told it was locked and another man was in to swap his phone he'd just bought from them because the mic didn't work!! So now I'm a student that's down £45 due to staff incompetence. Even at that, I've previously bought dvds from here and they didn't work, huge scratches down them, but yeah your staff that's been there 5 years don't make any errors according to one female member of staff, that was dour faced and didn't seem to want to even do the job. & Today Staff told me the discount was because of an issue with the LABEL?!? Why wouldn't you just fix the label? To me it seems they don't want to buy back the keyboard and are clutching at straws. Just perfect people that can't make a single mistake according to this woman, yk. Upon picking my keyboard back up after all of this, I will say the man that dealt with me today was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous staff I dealt with.

  They buy faulty devices and sell them to people I went in to give back a midi keyboard I got with a missing back no cables and then told me nothing was missing and there's nothing they could do also got told when I said there's an error on their end I got told the person worked there for 5 years as if 5 years mean anything (human error always happens) and on top of that as I was trying to sell 2 other people coming in with problems with the phones one had a broken speaker the other had a locked phone

  Giving this 1 star is generous in itself. Very poor, rude staff. Zero level of any customer service skills. They just scowl or grunt at you. What a great and welcoming atmosphere! Extremely disappointed.
