  Greg and co. run an excellent little business that I would highly recommend. There's parking on the nearby streets if you drive in, and the premises are simple with lots of carpets to choose from. Greg was very helpful when it came to selecting the carpets and helped us pick something that met our needs rather than trying to upsell us to a carpet we don't actually need. The whole process was swift, taking 2 weeks from first coming to the shop to having the carpet fitted. The fitting team were lovely as well and, having noticed a small issue with the carpet themselves, they immediately insisted on getting a same-day replacement sorted for us at no extra cost or inconvenience. I really cannot fault the team at all. They even offered to turn the extra bits of carpet into rugs for our use. Honestly, you should never go to national carpet retailers with businesses like this around. The biggest win was the price, which was shockingly reasonable and about half of what we had been quoted by the nearest large retailer. The quality of the work is great and the room looks fantastic. Thanks team.

  since moving from London to Reading over 15 years ago i have driven past Berkshire Carpets and never thought of using them until a few months ago when i rang to ask whether they sold rugs. they were not able to help me but i was so impressed with the advice given to me by the wonderful young man who spoke to me on the phone, when i needed blinds and carpets for my home recently i thought i would give them a try. Please use this wonderful family company - their service is quick, extremely professional, very competitive prices, such a friendly bunch i can say their service is second to none.
