  Has the new iphone duo :) . (I'm not an iPhone user never have been so no bias) Nice store, usually empty which is nice and it has all the product categories of phones, tablets, laptops and accessories such as watches.

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Apsara, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m looking for a computer for my dental work, including viewing CBCT scans, and she really went the extra mile to look into my specific requirements and check with her colleagues so I could understand my options. She took the time to explore different computers and payment options, explaining everything clearly. I felt listened to and never rushed, and really appreciated how much effort she put into helping me find the right solution. If you need advice, ask for Apsara!!!! She’s a real credit to the team. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

  Had a great experience at the Apple Store in The Oracle! Visited to get my cracked iPhone screen repaired, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I also had the chance to try the Apple Vision Pro demo, which was an incredible experience! Really enjoyed the visit, and it’s great to have such a well-run Apple Store in Reading. Highly recommended!

  I’d like to leave a glowing 5-star review for the Apple Store at The Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading. My Mac completely failed and would not turn on, which ruined my whole day and left me extremely stressed and worried about my data. When I arrived, Andrew greeted me. He was incredibly patient and calm, and his gentle manner immediately put me at ease. He took his time to walk through the problem step by step. Then Josh, the technical specialist, took over. He was highly knowledgeable and professional. Together, they worked to diagnose my unbootable MacBook and tackle the difficult data backup issue. I cannot thank Andrew and Josh enough for their fantastic support. The whole experience was outstanding, and I really appreciate their care and expertise. Highly recommend!

  I had an appointment at 18:50 on 8th October for a battery replacement. 30 minutes went by after I checked in, nobody saw to me & I had to ask a member of staff what was going on. I overheard her being rude about me to her colleague because I disrupted her work. Not professional. 35 minutes later a technician came but it was too late to fix it before closing. He said we can keep your phone overnight but not an option whilst I’m driving and now I have to come back. Thanks to the unprofessional & inefficient team at the Apple Oracle I now have to make a special trip back. I came after a 12 hour shift & it was a wasted evening I could’ve been with my family. I’m very disappointed with this experience especially for a company like Apple.
