  Every aspect of the process was straight forward without a hitch. Booking the appointment couldn't have been easier. The process of cleaning was explained with opportunity to ask for clarification. Richard was respectful of the property, settled protective sheets where appropriate & the sweeping took no time at all. He even gave the woodburner a coating of Stove & Grate polish to finish off. Definitely recommend & definitely use Wilkins again.

  Richard has swept our stove a few times now and appoglies for not leaving a review sooner. Always friendly and always on time. Can’t believe a year later he remembered the dog and that she liked to play fetch 🤣 definitely recommend him, such a trustworthy person. I have no issues going out and leaving him just get on with the sweep!

  The operative turned up on time, having given a warning of 15 minutes. He was professional, made sure the area in front of the fire was adequately covered and that the aperture was curtained off as well. The sweep itself was soon accomplished and the clean-up was good. I would recommend this service to anybody.
