The guy at the desk had rubbish customer service skills. I knew the phone I wanted and he was persistent on selling me one with double the storage as "technology is always growing". Extremely rude and wouldn't listen on what I had to say. He ended up forcing my elderly family member to sign a a contract for 36 months causing only 1 of 2 familys being able to upgrade due to costs. Absolutely ridiculous

I mean if you want to buy a phone they're pretty good but as far as the guys that work there go they are not helpful at all. A couple times I've gone there to see if they could help me with an issue with my phone and the one guy just never stops going on about getting on a contract with Tesco he just blatantly ignores my issue doesn't listen to me then tells me to come back and get on a contract with Tesco. The WiFi was not the issue and as I'm telling him I don't need the WiFi he takes my phone and turns the WiFi on and connects me to Tesco. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. My issue is not going to be resolved by getting a contract with Tesco he was just rude and could have been a lot more understanding that when someone has an issue and they ask you for help ignoring them and telling them to get on a contract is just rude. Good to buy a phone but as far as "help" goes there is no help all they care about is you getting on a contract with Tesco which I don't want I needed help with an issues with my SIM but ye don't go for help or advice as it will likely be a waste of your time.

After the nightmare of trying to get a phone online and via the telephone from tesco mobile, in store was the last hope. Today, one fabulous colleague Altair, was able to make our dreams come true, he was truly phenomenal! Got us the deal we were after online, so quick, was a lovely gentleman and honest an asset to tesco mobile. He needs a raise and a promotion.
