  Nice warm welcome. Andrea was very professional in her approach. Made you feel at ease. Very reassuring on her assessment and findings. I would definitely use MedHealth Ultrasound again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend MedHealth Lakeside Portsmouth enough, especially if you’re going through fertility treatment. I needed a fertility monitoring scan on a very specific day of my cycle as part of my IVF treatment, with the results needing to be sent to my clinic in Athens. Unfortunately, my original appointment with Ultrasound Direct was cancelled at very short notice. This was particularly stressful because this wasn’t a routine appointment that could simply be moved — the exact day of the scan was important to my IVF protocol, with flights, treatment and lots of other arrangements depending on it. This was actually the second time Ultrasound Direct had cancelled a time-sensitive fertility scan for me, which made the situation even more frustrating. Despite explaining the importance of the specific cycle day, the alternatives they offered weren’t suitable for my treatment, leaving me scrambling to find another provider at very short notice. I contacted MedHealth in a bit of a panic and Andrea was absolutely brilliant. She completely understood the situation and went out of her way to find me an appointment at a time that worked with my IVF protocol. Rather than making me feel like I was being awkward or asking for something difficult, she genuinely understood why the timing mattered and did everything she could to help. They also very kindly offered me a discount on the scan, which was such a lovely gesture and honestly helped take a little bit of the financial sting and stress out of an already stressful situation. The contrast in customer service was huge. Andrea and the team were kind, accommodating and genuinely seemed to care about helping me get the scan I needed when I needed it. So, if you’re having IVF or fertility treatment and need a scan on a specific cycle day, I would strongly recommend MedHealth Lakeside. After my experience, I would personally be very cautious about relying on Ultrasound Direct for a time-critical fertility appointment, particularly if you need certainty around the date and time. Fertility treatment is stressful enough without having to worry about whether your monitoring appointment will actually go ahead. I’m incredibly grateful to Andrea and the MedHealth team for helping me out when I really needed it, and I would absolutely use them again. ❤️

  I want to thank the staff at med health. I was referred for an ultrasound via the NHS via the two week cancer pathway, and I have been so worried and scared. I booked an ultrasound with Medhealth, and had my scan on the same day. Every member of staff that I saw and spoke to, from the receptionists, to the sonographer and nurse/assistant were amazing, reassuring and caring. I am so pleased to be able to say I do not have cancer, and I am so, so glad I booked my ultrasound with med health, if I am ever in this situation again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with medhealth, for peace of mind and fast diagnosis. Wonderful staff, and I very highly recommend them!

  I had a wonderful experience following my ultrasound appointment. Andrea was absolutely lovely, kind and caring throughout, and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was so friendly and professional, which really made a difference. The doctor who examined me was also amazing very reassuring, thorough and professional. I felt completely looked after from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for making my appointment such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them!

  I recently attended the MedHealth Ultrasound in Portsmouth for a scan. I was really impressed with the care and professionalism I received. The staff were very knowledgeable and caring and I would definitely use them again if necessary and highly recommend them.
