  am very disappointed with the way my account was handled by Three. I have been overdue on my payments for around 3 months due to losing my job because of health issues. Despite my situation, I have always tried my best to stay in communication with Three and make payments whenever I could. My outstanding balance was over £90, and today I called to make a £30 payment to reduce the debt and pay the rest next week and get back on track. The first agent I spoke to was understanding and willing to help, but unfortunately the call disconnected. When I called back, I was instantly met with a message saying my account had been terminated. What shocked me most is that I never received any email, text message, or reminder warning me that my account was about to be terminated. I then spoke to another agent and asked whether my account was terminated because I had called in, or if there was another reason. I was told to contact a debt collection company that I had no information about — no reference number, no account details, nothing to help me identify the debt when calling them. The agent then passed me to someone who said he was a manager, and he explained that my contract had to be terminated because I was three payments behind. I understand policies exist, but it is very upsetting when a customer is actively communicating, trying to pay off the balance, and making an effort to resolve things, only to suddenly have their account terminated without proper warning. I expected better communication and more support from Three during a difficult time. I will never recommend three to anyone and be careful working with them

  Bad customer service they don't know how to talk politely to customers specifically one lady who works

  Worst three service. Need to pay big amount of money to cancel contract or at the time of contract. 0 star or if possible it will be -ve star from me so don’t use this service.

  Worst company I will recommend every one to not to use this service. Very bad customer service. I already informed to cancel my contact but they charged me more and more money to cancel this so please every one better not to use this company service.

  Great experience with Maddie in the three store. Helped my son out no end with his new phone and contract. Was knowledgeable without the pushy sales talk. Got him the best deal and really down to earth. Was a pleasure 🙏
