  Both Dawn and Lewis are amazing to deal with in every way. So organised and their communication is so efficient. Dawn and Lewis both helped me move at a really stressful time and showed me nothing but support through the entire process. The process of moving in and signing paperwork was so easy and relaxing. During my time as a tenant, their response time to things is excellent and they always go above and beyond to support me with whatever is going on- the boiler packed up just before Christmas and a new one was fitted within 24hrs. Both Lewis and Dawn are incredibly approachable and nothing appears like too much for them, so much care and consideration are shown from them both. They’re both such lovely, down to earth people who genuinely want to help and support. I really couldn’t recommend this letting agency enough, both such lovely lovely people.
