  Bought a Nissan Juke from them. Excellent service. They go out of their way to help you. car came with 6 months warranty and breakdown I will use them again.

  Went in for an MOT. MOT failed, fair enough. It happens. They then told me I'd have to leave the car with them for 3 days to have it fixed. Didn't ask me, told me. I don't respond well to that sorta sales tactic so I took my car elsewhere after a short back and forth on whether I was legally allowed to drive the car away. I was, unless it's a dangerous fail on an MOT you can drive the vehicle till the current MOT expires. They didn't let me know this at the time, I had to look it up myself before leaving.They were extremely pushy about me needing to leave it with them and avoided the direct question of if I could legally drive it home. It felt a lot like when scammers rush you into things rather than concern for the safety of the vehicle. They even made a point of saying they had no appointments till the day my original MOT expired when I asked about booking in rather than just leaving it, which woulda made it illegal for me to drive it to the garage on that day. Conveniently when I called back they had appointments earlier than stated in person. Suspicious but not damning. The whole vibe of this place is dishonest, rushed, and kinda off putting for me. From the predatory sales tactics to the not so great customer service I'd just rather not spend money here. The MOT was quick, but I wouldn't recommend this garage to any of my friends, family... or a stranger I didn't like. I hope I'm wrong and they're just kinda crap at customer service not skeevy. 2 stars because the MOT was done promptly and the location is decent. Be wary, but don't rule them out based on my experience. It may have just been an off day for them, or it could not be. Gl on your garage hunt, drive safe, & enjoy the road. :]

  I had to update my car due to being pregnant and we paid extra to get a Volvo v50. We had issues with it instantly after having it, the engine would overheat and I had to get out the car asap as it was steaming. We luckily had warranty but it happened again..so we had to organise EDH to get it to fix it. Rightfully so we were annoyed that this happened within weeks of having it. EDH fixed the issue, however we have now discovered a leak, and then had engine light appear, so we decided to take it to another garage and we paid £400 to fix the issue. Having to put my baby in the car makes it feel very unsafe to drive and it’s damp because of the leak. A week later, another engine light appears and an abs light appears, it also has been driving really bad, a weird dragging feeling when you drive it, and it turns out the turbo isn’t working properly and the DPF filter is a third party one, so it hasn’t been doing a great job. I am on maternity leave and money is tight as it is but we have now spent so much money on it. Buying from a garage we thought it would be safer and trustworthy but in all honesty, I feel like it’s been the worse decision we made. I don’t like to leave bad reviews for any company, but this is one that I feel has not been honest with this vehicle. I wish we never went to EDH with my car as it was working perfectly, I had it for 7 years and no issues at all. It was just too small to transport my newborn. Really disappointed

  Great garage always willing to help and keep things at the best price. Will always try there best to fit you in when suits you and will always try to do the job as quick as possible for the least inconvenience. Would recommend this garage to anyone.
