  First class service at a very difficult time for my family and I after my wife died on 24th August. Jed took care of everything in a very proffessional but caring way removing all the stress of arranging the funeral. Everything we would have wished for was organised perfectly so sincere thanks to allat James MacEwan

  There are two contributing factors to this review, having used this company twice within the space of a year the service delivered between each funeral was chalk and cheese. On one hand they delivered a fantastic service and aftercare for a family member who was prominent within the community and every detail was catered for. The other service however was thrown together knowing there wasn't going to be as much business exposure and the aftercare was deplorable, ashes were handed to my family in a clear bag despite an urn being requested which resulted in embarrassment and hurt to my family to the point the ashes were not collected and it took several calls to have this rectified. It seems as though it's a case of who you are depends on the quality of service received.

  Respectful, professional service... I would highly recommend McEwans they take care of everything through such a heartbreaking time. They made it so much easier for us as a family... losing someone you love dearly is hard enough thank you to all the team for enabling me to give the perfect send off.
